For more than 40 years, I've helped people buy and sell homes across Acadiana: Lafayette, Scott, Broussard, Youngsville and every back road in between. I've walked through a lot of front doors in that time, and I still don't take a single one for granted.

A home is a big deal. It's where the holidays happen, where you host the crawfish boil, and where you start fresh when life changes. So I treat it that way. I'll listen first and tell you the truth, even when it's not what you hoped to hear. I'll also lay out the numbers and dates plainly so you always know where things stand.

I'm the broker and owner of Crochet Properties, Inc., a locally owned company right here in Lafayette. I'm also a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), a designation from the National Association of REALTORS®. It means I've had extra training in guiding people through big life transitions, like retirement, rightsizing or settling a loved one's home.

Buying, selling, or just wondering what your home is worth? Call or text me at 337-658-8024. No pressure, just a conversation.

And to every client who's trusted me over the years: thank you. So many of you have become friends, and I'm so grateful.
